Backorders and Built-To-Order Lights

In stock items will ship out within 2-3 business days, and any backordered items will ship out as soon as available at no additional charge.

We do not carry an inventory of all alloys due to the high costs of some of these raw materials. If you place an order for an alloy of which we do not carry an inventory, we will immediately have it sent from our suppliers and it will be cut upon arrival.

Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase price within 30 days of receipt, provided all items are returned in new, undamaged condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning a product for a refund or warranty repair so that we can provide an RMA number. This will ensure the correct customer is credited.
